The Heat Problem
The Variable You Can't Control
For years, lounges and enthusiasts have struggled with inconsistent charcoal. Batches that smell when lighting, alter the tobacco taste, or ash so heavily they suffocate the bowl. Bad charcoal creates bad sessions, no matter how premium the tobacco is.
The Thermal Solution
We engineered Thermal Charcoal to be a constant, not a variable. By controlling the carbonization source and compression density, we deliver a briquette that burns hotter, longer, and cleaner, leaving only the flavor of the tobacco.
Technical Specifications
100% Coconut Shell
Sourced from sustainable coconut byproducts. Contains no wood fillers, no sulfur, and no chemical accelerants.
Low Ash Content
Ash content is kept below 2.5%. This prevents the "ash cap" that blocks heat transfer and restricts airflow in the bowl.
Optimized Density
Compressed at high pressure to ensure a burn time of 60+ minutes under normal smoking conditions.
Why Switch Your Lounge?
Operational Efficiency
- Less Ashing: Staff spend less time tending to bowls.
- Longer Burn: Fewer coal changes per session reduces cost per head.
- Durability: Briquettes don't crumble when moved with tongs.
Customer Satisfaction
- Pure Flavor: Customers taste the mix, not the charcoal.
- Consistent Heat: Reduces the chance of harsh/burned bowls.
- Clean Appearance: Reduce messy ash on the tray.
From Shell to Shelf
1. Carbonization
Coconut shells are burned in a low-oxygen environment to create pure carbon charcoal, removing impurities.
2. Mixing & Extrusion
The charcoal powder is mixed with a 100% natural vegetable binder (tapioca) and extruded into long strands.
3. Drying
Cut cubes are dried in industrial ovens to reach precisely <5% moisture, ensuring easy lighting and stable burning.
